Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) will be the sales and marketing arm for BaySaver Technologies products. Under the arrangement, Hilliard, Ohio-based ADS will add BaySaver’s stormwater-quality treatment devices to its product line.

BaySaver products include the BayFilter stormwater treatment unit that dislodges pollutants and restores the porosity of the treatment media. The company also produces the BaySeparator, which removes sediment, debris and oil during a storm by treating influent water according to the rate of its flow.

“BaySaver has concentrated on developing products that assist in the compliance of all federally mandated regulations set by Phase I and Phase II of the Clean Water Act, which calls for municipalities to remove pollutants such as trash, oils and sediments from stormwater runoff,” said Tom Pank, founder and president of Mount Airy, Md.-based BaySaver. “Now, making it possible for ADS to offer BaySaver products accomplishes our next objective.”

ADS, which is a producer of corrugated high-density polyethylene pipe, has a network of 42 domestic and international manufacturing plants and 30 distribution centers.
