Hugg and Hall Equipment Co., authorized Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealer in Little Rock, Ark., has reached an agreement with Volvo CE to assume the sales and marketing of Volvo road machinery products at its branches in Little Rock, Camden, Fort Smith and Springdale.

For many years, Hugg and Hall has sold and serviced Volvo's general-purpose construction and compact equipment. The added road machinery product line will include soil and asphalt compaction, Blaw-Knox paving, and milling and road maintenance equipment.

The company will begin adding the Volvo road building equipment to its inventories in the new product market area immediately, and it is equipped to provide complete parts, service and financial support to its customers. “We welcome the experience and capabilities of Hugg and Hall Equipment Co. into this valuable market for our company,” said Göran Lindgren, president and CEO of Asheville, N.C.-based Volvo Construction Equipment North America. “Hugg and Hall has served us well for many years, and this expansion gives both companies a firm base upon which to build for the future in this essential market.”
