The RTS Virtual Keypanel (VKP), installed as a Windows-based application, is compatible with any of the manufacturer's other digital matrix intercoms with voice-over network (VON) interfaces. A host PC, configured with a static IP address and Ethernet connection, enables the space-saving VKP to send and receive audio signals without separate hardware. To dictate how the intercom will appear on-screen, users can choose between CLD Lever Key, Classic Lever Key and Classic Pushbutton skins, as well as more specific, individually created skins. Application updates can be downloaded to the host computer as needed.
