To operate, place a drive (or multiple laptop/notebook drives) in the crusher, close the safety door and press a button; the button engages a conical punch inside the unit, delivering a staggering 12,000 pounds of hydraulic force and causing catastrophic trauma to the hard drive's chassis while destroying its internal platter.
