The PDS-100 Smooth-Flo delivers fluid to dual synchronized FMI pumps. Once pumps have been factory-calibrated to specifications that meet the fluid range for the desired application, a pulseless flow is achieved by connecting the outlet ports of each pump. Users can adjust flow rate (down to 5 microliters per minute) by controlling the revolutions per minute of dual stepper motors inside the PDS-100; settings are accessible with membrane switches on an LED display.
