Microsoft's Stimulus360 software and BNY Mellon Corporate Trust's project fund administration capabilities help state and local governments meet fund tracking and reporting requirements for the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The software and service enable seamless funds management and reporting. It also helps state and local governments respond to “sunshine” requests from citizens about funding. The company offers free templates as part of Microsoft's existing Stimulus360 product. Most of the underlying software is already in place under each participating government's existing software enterprise agreements.
