CitizenSpigit is an idea management platform that enables government agencies to engage residents and employees to improve efficiency and operations, as well as to generate actionable ideas. It enables residents to have greater access to government entities, and agencies can work with residents and employees to create better communities. It is based on the company's crowdsourcing technology and innovation platform, but customized for local, state and federal governments. The tool generated 81 ideas in one city; five of the ideas were implemented.
