With one colored belt among several belts of an alternate color, the color-coded feed belts establish contrasting, parallel lines that aid workers in setting squared leading and trailing edges to ensure flatwork is properly presented to the feed roll. In multi-lane ironer feeding, the colored belting helps prevent overlaps that can cause feed blockages or go-backs due to wrinkling or incomplete moisture removal. Available in a choice of green or white as standard, the feed belts are offered in cotton, polyfelt, and woven polyester materials.
