Carlo Gavazzi's 522 development system is designed for lab and desktop use and is rugged enough to withstand transportation to and from the field. A modular test and development platform that supports 6U cards, the 522 provides unobstructed access to both system and rear transition boards for device monitoring. The system's 200-cfm speed-controlled fans provide distributed cooling to the front and rear card modules. The system is available with front-mounted test points and LEDs for all DC voltages, as well as an optional LCD for displaying system voltages, and fan- and temperature-monitoring functions. The 522 can accommodate VME64, VXS and VPS boards in 6U and 3U form factors.
