Data network switch

The Pathway model 7747 RS530 DB25 A/B switch is a low-profile data network switch featuring cut-off and remote control. The switch allows the user to share a single DB25 device between two others, connected to the A and B ports. The switch also features a secure cut-off position, which stops any and all data throughput. The product can switch one RS530 interface channel to A, B or full cut-off position for secure isolation. The data switch can be controlled locally by manually operating the front panel pushbutton, or remotely using RS232 serial or contact closure signaling. If power to the M7747 is lost, the switch will move to the cut-off position until power is restored.
