Fluid Metering's caustic soda injection pumps use a piston technology with no valves to reduce maintenance and operating costs. The pumps feature one rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston to handle both the pumping and valving functions, thereby eliminating the need for check valves. Because of their internal ceramics, the soda injection pumps maintain their accuracy and do not need to be recalibrated. The pumps, which can be wall-mounted and operate on less than 100 watts of power, weigh 10 pounds and measure 10 inches by 5 inches by 5 inches. Pumps are suited for treatment of industrial or drinking water, as well as water monitoring.
