Swanstone surfacing materials are impervious to stains, chemicals and up to 450-degree heat. They may be used for vanity tops, tub walls or shower floors. More than 600 panels of Swanstone recently were installed as wainscoting for a project that required a solid surface material that could withstand high volumes of gurney traffic and frequent hose cleanups. In that project, the wall panels line hallways, several rooms and interior columns up to the ceiling. The product is used in state and local government facilities and agencies, such as St. Louis Public Works, the Dallas County Coroner's Office and Miami International Airport.
