The JCB 524-50 Telescopic Handler can maneuver in cramped spaces with soft ground. It has a 9-foot, 10-inch turning radius, equally sized tires and a low boom. With an 83-horsepower engine, the handler can lift up to 5,000 pounds 17 feet 4 inches high. Operators have wide-ranging visibility through the front window of the centrally located cab, and can travel at up to 18.6 mph with the 524-50's variable two-speed hydrostatic transmission.
