The SP-2400 replaceable polyethylene spreader enables year-round dump truck use. The all-electric SP-2400 works with a vehicle's 12-volt DC electrical system, making it adaptable to a wide range of equipment. A dump truck can be converted in just a few hours for salt/sand spreading. A hydraulic PTO is not required. The SP-2400 can spread road sand, bulk salt or any sand/salt combination as far as 30 feet out. A self-leveling spinner assembly stays parallel to the ground as the dump bed rises and lowers, keeping the spread pattern consistently even throughout the application. A vibrator/inverted “V” system maximizes material flow. The spreader resists corrosion and is backed by a two-year warranty on parts and labor.
