Onspot of North America Inc., the North American distributor and U.S. manufacturer of the Onspot automatic tire-chain system, is celebrating its 20th year in business. Originally invented in 1977 in Sweden, Onspot chains now are available from more than 150 original equipment manufacturers as a factory option or from more than 1,000 dealers throughout North America. The company owns a manufacturing plant in North Vernon, Ind., and has regional offices in Connecticut, Colorado and California for sales and service support. Onspot of North America Inc., Stratford, Conn.
