The Screen Machine 612T portable tracked trommel screening plant is suited for topsoil, compost, green waste or mulch processing. The unit is designed to accommodate a 1- to 3-cubic-yard loader. It includes a Yanmar 84-horsepower Tier III diesel engine with electronic throttle and a 6-by-12-foot trommel drum for 226 square feet of trommel drum surface area. The cable/hinge lock design enables quick screen replacement and maintenance, and the plant has a heavy-duty drum with triangular tumbling paddles. The output loads directly into a truck using a side-stacking conveyor. Wireless remote controls enable an operator to set up a plant within minutes. Other features include large capacity, self-cleaning brushes that maintain efficient screen processing performance and a 70-gallon fuel tank that offers 16 hours of continuous run-time between re-fueling.
