The GW-1200 turntable pallet wrapper provides automated pallet and load wrapping with production speeds of 20 loads per hour, a maximum load capacity of 4,000 pounds and load height of 90 inches. The wrapper is equipped with a manually adjustable film tension and works exclusively with the manufacturer's Oriented Film, which wraps pallets with fewer revolutions, is lightweight, puncture-resistant and has hemmed edges for less waste. The turntable is 65 inches in diameter, features a 38-inch steel plate and is 3¼ inches from the floor. The wrapper is PLC-controlled, with adjustable top and bottom wrap pattern selection from 1-9 wraps. The unit is suited for government agencies that wrap and ship regularly.
