The HLO 5443 baler's small footprint of 18-by-7 feet is ideal for many places where other balers will not fit. It is energy friendly, and the 50-horsepower model has an economy mode that shuts down one of the twin 25-horsepower motors to save energy. The twin 25-horsepower model has a fast baling cycle time (dry cycle) of 7.6 seconds. The high-volumetric displacement provides production rates up to 14 tons per hour. Features include rear access doors with accessibility to cylinders, an enclosed power unit to reduce noise levels, and hinged wire tie inserters and twister units for easy access. The machine is suited for distribution centers, small to medium materials recycling facilities and general recyclers.
