The Technivalor Screw Compactor crushes and compacts waste in one motion. The machine fills a 40-cubic-yard container with three times more waste than traditional ram compactors, according to the company. The machine reduces 8.5 tons of cardboard, 6 tons of wooden pallets, 6.5 tons of plastic film or 10 tons of other waste into a 40-cubic-yard container. The compactor has an all-electric drive, a small footprint and a universal adaptation plate for standard containers. An independently driven feed-screw for cardboard waste forces bulky and oversized materials efficiently into the compression and pre-crushing screw for processing.
