The V-Lift is a hydraulically operated, cantilever material lift. Designed to meet the ANSI/ASME B20.1 safety standard for conveyors, it features guide columns constructed of 6-inch wide-flange structural steel. It also features a hydraulic ram with 2.5-inch-diameter dual pistons. The carriage dimension is 6 feet by 6 feet with a lifting capacity up to 3,000 pounds. Models are offered for servicing heights up to 14 feet. Safety interlocks prevent the lift from moving unless the gates are fully closed, and the gates are designed to open only when the carriage is at a designated level.
