The FI 8510-20M ironworker has an 85-ton punch capacity, offering the ability to punch a 11/16-inch hole in 1-inch material. Standard features include: 6- by 6- by ½-inch angle shear; a rod shear that will shear 1½-inch round and 1¼-inch square rods; and a rectangular notcher that can notch 3- by 5- by ½-inch. The 20-inch flat bar shear features a low rake angle with the ability to shear up to 1- by 12-inch and ¾- by 20-inch material. The machine also comes with an electric remote foot pedal, jog control, keyed punch ram, a punch gauging table with fence and scale, a shear table and miter fence and notcher table with guide and scale. The FI 8510-20M can accept optional equipment such as press brakes, tube shears, picket tools and special tooling.
