OMG's new RhinoBond brochure outlines the company's new insulation and membrane attachment system for TPO and PVC membranes. RhinoBond uses the same fastener and plate to secure the membrane and the insulation without penetrating the roofing material. Using that method, the system does not create a point of entry for moisture, requires fewer fasteners and provides improved wind-uplift performance. The new six page full-color brochure provides a detailed description of the system, including the induction welding process and an explanation of how to estimate and lay out the fasteners in a grid pattern for RhinoBond, because the system does not rely on in-seam fastening. Additionally, the brochure provides details on the system components, including the fasteners and plates, and outlines deck compatibility as well as wind-testing results.
