Designed to handle the high temperatures generated when cutting exotic alloys and tough materials, the X-51 bi-metal bandsaw blade features M51 tooth tips to provide longer life cutting through cast iron, tool steel, die steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium, Inconel and other exotic alloys. With its superior combination of cobalt and tungsten at the cutting edge, combined with a fatigue-resistant blade backer, the blade is designed for high resistance to frictional heat failure at the tooth tip.
