Contractors and others can loosen and tighten nuts and bolts more quickly and perform other tasks intermittently with Proto Grip Pipe wrenches. Instead of manually adjusting the wrench around each fastener, users apply pressure to the Proto Grip's handle and a spring-loaded hook jaw automatically tightens to the proper fit. The toothed design helps achieve a tight grip that the jaw retains even if the wrench isn't being held in place — to remove it, a quick-release thumb trigger releases the hold. Available in either 10- or 14-inch lengths, with jaw capacities from ½ to 2 inches, the wrenches feature ratcheting ability for one-handed operation and damage-free use with hexagonal nuts.
