Two models of laser meters speed the measuring process and eliminate estimation errors in construction and other projects. To operate them, users place the meters at a starting point, aim it at an end point and read the display. The 411D measures up to 100 feet (30 meters) with an accuracy of plus or minus .12 inches (3 mm). The 416D is capable of doubly accurate readings (plus or minus .24 inches/1.5 millimeters) for measurements up to 200 feet.
