Thurmalox 225HD coatings protect carbon and stainless steel surfaces from corrosion under insulation as well as atmospheric corrosion. The coatings are VOC-compliant, eliminate pinpoint rusting and are ideally suited for surfaces with deep profiles. Thurmalox can withstand continuous temperatures up to 1,000 F, and can be applied 4-6 mils per coat by brush or roller onto hot surfaces up to 450 F. Applications include refineries, chemical plants, power generation, petrochemical and offshore facilities. The coatings are offered in 1- and 5-gallon kits, and larger quantities upon request.
