Transguard 4000 Concrete Curing Covers are designed for slabs, bridges and roads to help provide proper moisture control during curing to reduce cracking, dusting and scaling. Transguard 4000 is comprised of a white synthetic fiber mat and a white polyethylene backing that contains ultraviolet light stabilizers to protect against UV degradation. The reusable covers are lightweight with low permeability to retain extra water and allow concrete to achieve maximum expansion. The product can be used for numerous projects, including specialized bridge support columns and caps, as well as flatwork pavement projects.
