Applied Software recently won a GSA National Indefinite Delivery — Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that enables the company and its partners to provide building information modeling (BIM) and related services to GSA regions that are managing new construction projects and existing building renovations, and/or optimizing the performance of existing structures. The contract has a base year and four one-year options with an estimated value of $30 million. Participants receive BIM modeling services including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing modeling services; civil engineering modeling; building performance and security analysis; full lifecycle BIM documentation; and custom software development to support BIM process integration.
