A new MIG gun Neck Grip and Neck Coupler reduce heat exposure and operator fatigue while increasing welding accuracy and control. The Neck Grip is constructed of a high-temperature silicone rubber tube that slides onto all of the manufacturer's Q-gun and S-gun necks. It shields the operator's hand or forearm from the heat of the neck, and the high-temperature silicone rubber provides better control and increased accuracy. The Neck Coupler allows users to join two or more Q-gun or S-gun necks consecutively, thereby avoiding the costs and production delays of ordering a custom neck for applications with difficult-to-access weld joints. The coupler is easily installed in under three minutes and provides joint access that would otherwise be impossible with a traditional MIG gun neck.
