Standby lift-station pump

In instances of power failure (such as hurricanes or floods), the engine in Thompson's diesel-driven dry prime pump eliminates the need for backup power-supply generators; it also can be used whenever routine maintenance is required on lift-station pumps. The pump's automatic start/stop system, which functions by determining the amount of water in the wet well, enables it to operate when personnel can't access the site. Optional SCADA system integration transmits information/running status to remote locations via the Internet or phone.
