Models in the company's inverter generator line include the R1700i at 1,650 watts, the RG3200iS at 3,200 watts, and the RG4300iS at 4,300 watts. They are used to power a/c and other systems at police and disaster relief mobile command posts. They are also used for mobile lighting for emergency road and water main break repairs, and to power traffic detour message boards. The generators run the engine at a slower speed for low power use and increase speed as more electrical power is required. Sound reduction is achieved through the reverse cooling design, allowing the generators to be fully enclosed in a sound-absorbing poly-resin enclosure for near-silent operation. The R1700i is powered by EH09-2 OHV (overhead valve) gasoline engine, while the RG3200iS and RG4300iS models are powered by EX OHC (overhead cam) gasoline engines. Voltage and frequency are electronically controlled. Additionally, the RG3200iS and RG4300iS models come with a four-wheel rolling kit for added convenience.
