When facility heating systems break down, a mobile boiler room supplies a quick-fix, ready-to-install replacement. A 53-foot trailer houses a 125-horsepower horizontal wet-back fire-tube boiler, with all accessories piped and fully wired, and single-point connections for steam, electrical, water, drain and fuel. The weatherproof trailer includes a mounted 270-gallon oil tank for applications where oil is available on-site (the boiler can also use natural gas), and a gas-fired heater for cold climates. System components include a VT-150 feedwater system, an F-150 Blowoff Separator with cooling kit and 50-gallon chemical feeder. The system can be leased on a month-by-month or long-term basis, depending on application, severity of loss and needs of the facility.
