Two people can assemble the 169-square-foot tent in about 30 minutes. It has a frame made from 18-gauge pipe that is color-coded for easy assembly. The walls of the disaster relief shelter are made of 13-ounce vinyl, while the floor is made of 18-ounce vinyl-coated nylon. The top of the shelter is made of 18-ounce white blackout vinyl to keep the interior 7 to 10 degrees cooler than shelters without the blackout feature.
