The lifespan of components used in the Public Restroom Co.'s restroom buildings is a minimum of 50 years, according to the company. The foundation for each structure is an 8-inch bridge-grade, steel-reinforced concrete slab. The concrete in the slab is moisture-proof and oil- and stain-resistant for life. If moisture cannot be absorbed into the concrete, the odors of urine and other organics are washed away through hose-down cleaning. All of the following and more are vandal-resistant in these restrooms: toilet seats, partition doors, toilet-paper holders, hand dryers and soap dispensers.
