PorterCorp of Holland, Mich., and Fabric Architecture Ltd. of the United Kingdom have formed an agreement to manufacture and distribute tensile fabric structures in North America. Fabric Architecture has been designing and building tensile fabric products for more than 20 years and has installed more than 1,000 standard and custom designs in Europe and around the world; PorterCorp has designed and built more than 14,000 Poligon steel shelters and Parasol shade products in North America and has more than 40 years of experience. Fabric Architecture will design and make the tensile fabric, and PorterCorp will fabricate the steel and have responsibility for sales and distribution for tensile fabric products in North America. The new product offering will include both standard and custom products and will be branded “Fabric Architecture” by PorterCorp.
