Ideal for parks, trails or playgrounds, the HealthBeat outdoor fitness system uses the latest exercise methodologies to provide a tailored workout for teens and adults of all fitness levels. Nine stations — balance steps, a cardio stepper, a squat press, plyometrics, tai chi wheels, a chest/back press, an assisted row/push-up station, a pull-up/dip bar and an ab crunch/leg lift — make it easy to create a customized outdoor fitness environment. The system allows people ages 13 and older to work at their own pace and ability; users can start with the exercises shown on the instructional signage at each station and then expand their workouts by varying the activities to increase their benefit. A welcome sign explains safe equipment use and directs users to the free online user's guide for more information. The HealthBeat system is compliant with ASTM F2277, ASTM F1749, ASTM F2216 and a number of other fitness-equipment standards. Choose from surface-mount or direct-bury installation options.
