A cast-iron body holds all of the SBC 410's components in one casting to simplify maintenance, increase durability and reduce the breaker's weight. Within the body, the parts are protected from excess friction by a full-length bushing. Configured for roadwork, demolition, stake driving and secondary breaking on smaller carriers, the SBC-410 weighs 453 pounds and delivers up to 1,200 blows per minute. Its long-stroke piston design reduces noise levels, as well as the amount of recoil directed back to the operator and carrier.
