Solar panel for pneumatic-pump controller

A solar panel option for Blackhawk's programmable logic pneumatic-pump controller (PLC) is suited for powering severe service pumps in remote locations, such as landfills. A solar panel charges a maintenance-free gel battery to provide stand-alone power to an internal programmable logic controller. In turn, the PLC opens and closes an air solenoid valve based on timer functions or external level controls. Users can dictate when one or more pumps turn on or off based on run time, time of day, day of the week or liquid level in the well.
