Eight outlets — six “auto-off” and two “always-on” — on Belkin's Conserve Surge with Timer eliminate standby power consumption, save energy and provide constant power sources to operate office equipment as needed. Once users switch the “on” button on any of the six controlled outlets, plugged-in devices are automatically turned off after 11 hours. The two “always on” outlets keep PCs and other critical devices powered on at all times. The protectors are designed for desktop access so employees can control their own workstation power consumption. To prevent unexpected data loss, the protector includes an LED light that blinks before the automatic shutdown.
