The TerraPro Cabover model is the first production-intent parallel diesel-electric hybrid truck in the U.S. designed specifically to meet the EPA's 2010 emission regulations. The unit is suited for Class 8 heavy-duty applications; it provides up to a 30 percent fuel economy improvement in stop-and-go applications like refuse collection.
