The Coronado SD is suited for severe duty vocational applications. It is available in both set-back and set-forward axle configurations, and the fenders come standard with impact-absorbing material that helps eliminate damage and cracks common with vocational applications. The one-piece stainless steel grille surround is accented with chrome steel horizontal bars. The headlights feature single, high-tech reflectors for lighting both forward and to the side. Key features include a one-piece fiberglass hood, a 90-degree hood tilt, aluminum cab construction and easy-to-change headlight bulbs, according to the manufacturer. The truck's large cab has double-sealed doors and well-sealed windows to keep out noise, dust and other contaminants.
