The redesigned FSC3000 (fuel-site controller) from OPW Fuel Management Systems stores transaction data, and driver and vehicle records, including fueling-restriction data that is critical to fleet management. The FSC3000 can be integrated into several OPW fuel-management systems or provided as a stand-alone controller. The fuel-site controller is now compliant with Visa U.S.A. Payment Application Best Practices (PABP)/Payment Card Industry Payment Application Data Security Standard (PCI PA-DSS) guidelines. To communicate those guidelines, a security standards and implementation guide for maintaining compliance on the fuel-site controller is now included as a standard part of the packaging for all users.
