Model 23000 OTR is a crane that can lift 23,000 pounds at 10 feet and 14,000 pounds at 16 feet, 5 inches from the centerline of the crane. It offers 315 degrees of rotation and features a hexagonal boom design that adds strength and durability. A radio remote control system ensures precise, smooth, multi-function operation and is a standard feature. The crane has a hydraulic A-frame-style out-and-down stabilizing system. The optional TM12154 tire manipulator can accommodate tires from 48 to 154 inches in diameter and up to 12,000 pounds. The crane-manipulator combo is suited for state and local government fleets and military installations that service large tires and vehicles.
