The Proheat Quick-Touch heat gun eliminates potential hazards when heat guns are left on by mistake. The heat gun will operate only when the user is holding the spring-loaded safety switch. It produces 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit (540 degrees Celsius) for use in heat shrink packaging applications and for automotive, shop and laboratory applications, including vinyl repair. The gun features an enclosed ceramic heating element and heavy-duty Lexan plastic housing with a built-in stand and hanging loop. A permanent magnet DC motor delivers powerful airflow, and the three-wire-grounded cordset provides positive grounding for user safety. The built-in hand guard protects hand and fingers. Model PH-1000 is a 120-volt UL/CUL listed unit. Model PH-2000 is 230 volts and is CE Certified.
