MicroSun Technologies offers a high-power battery system for plug-in hybrid-electric vehicle (PHEV) applications. The system addresses thermal safety, individual cell balancing and high-current output. The system meets the goal of $500 per kilowatt-hour for PHEV applications, and is being adapted for emerging electric vehicle applications.
