Optional LifeLiner hopper system for Elgin sweeper machines extends usable life of stainless steel hoppers over unlined corrosion-resistant steel. Two-part preparation and coating process bakes on zinc-rich primer to outside of hopper, then bakes on high-gloss polyester topcoat. When outside coating is complete, polyurethane hopper liner material is applied to all inside surfaces. Both inside liner and outside finishes bond permanently to steel.
