Weatherguard diamond-tread aluminum truck boxes sport retractable locks for added tamper resistance and an internal torque ring that eliminates many common keyhole break-ins. Covers open a full 90 for loading and unloading. The Saddle Box design minimizes clearance required for the cover to open 90, useful when mounting the box in conjunction with a ladder rack. Boxes are weather sealed on all 4 sides under lids. When truck-bed rails are required for mounting, a wide-flange mounting bracket is provided for crimp-free/drill-free installations. Latch design, enclosed in aluminum to protect against shifting loads, provides one touch opening for a worker carrying tools.
