The company offers a vacuum pump rebuilding service for rotary vane, rotary piston, and other pump technologies. It restores current and obsolete pump technologies to OEM specifications, and includes an evaluation of what caused the pump failure, a review of the customer's application and installation, and offers maintenance recommendations to prevent future failures, plus suggestions for filtration products. The rebuild process begins with pump disassembly under a fume hood, decontamination, parts inspection and a price quotation for the cost of rebuilding. Rebuilt vacuum pumps receive three or four days of rigorous testing, several oil flushes and inspection before shipment.
