When specific heating of a fastener is needed, the Mini-Ductor II is able to resolve most stubborn bolt, hinge, nut and fastener issues by heating the fastener precisely, while leaving the surrounding area untouched. The heater is faster and more precise than the use of a flame, according to the company. The tool uses preformed coils that range from ⅞- to 1¾ inches that heat fasteners as large as 1¾ inches; the coils are designed to last for at least 500 uses. The unit includes an LED work-area light. A mini-pad accessory is available for removing decals, softening spray paint, and popping out paint-free dents.
