The Diamabrush multi-step polishing system allows facility managers to maintain concrete flooring without using chemicals. The system employs a flexible, spring-steel blade, maintaining constant contact with the floor, and a series of 100- to 2,000-grade grit blades to polish concrete. Operators decide which blades and how many steps are needed to achieve desired results. According to the manufacturer, the Diamabrush system can clean up to 15,000 square feet for about 25 cents per square foot.
